Our First Multiplex
Completion of the Arbutus Quilchena Farm House Duplex- one of the first multiplex projects of its kind built by Costar Construction

Georgie Award Winner
The Arbutus-Quilchena Farm House Duplex was awarded the prestigious Georgie Award for "Best Multiplex Home Projects"
2025
Launched Quintet Townhomes
THT Properties Ltd. introduced its first unique five-plex project QUINTET - a collection of five boutique townhomes in the heart of East Vancouver
